The Dynasty Club Hub: Sponsors, Infrastructure, Staff & Youth
In every other KAISER mode you manage a team. In Dynasty you manage a club, and the club is what carries you from the third division to the Club World Cup. It lives in the club hub, and it is the part of Dynasty most new managers underuse.
The board
Your board sets a target every season based on your reputation and division, then judges you on it. Beat it comfortably and your standing jumps, miss it badly and your job is at risk. The board is also where you ask for funds: a strong season earns a bigger war chest for the winter window.
Sponsors
From your second season the shirt sponsorship window opens and rival offers land on the desk. A local partner is safe and modest. An airline, a bank or an energy group pays more. A crypto exchange or a betting firm pays most and carries the most baggage. Deals run for a term, and if one sours you can pay a buyout fee to get out early. Take the money you actually need: an oversized deal early is often worse than a clean one you can replace later.
Infrastructure
Nine buildings, each upgradeable through five levels, each costing progressively more to reach:
- Stadium and Fan Zone, your matchday income and your supporters.
- Youth Academy and Training Centre, the quality of prospects you produce and how fast your squad improves.
- Medical Centre and Sports Science, injury frequency and recovery.
- Scouting, Staff Offices and Clubhouse, the back room: better targets, cheaper staff wages and a discount on transfer fees.
These compound. A level 4 Medical Centre does not win you a match on Saturday, but across a twelve-season arc it wins you a lot of them. Build the ground and the academy early; the discount buildings pay off once your fees and wages are large enough for a percentage to matter.
Staff
You hire coaches, medical specialists and back-room staff, and pay their wages every season. Attacking and defensive coaches, a goalkeeping coach, a set-piece specialist, fitness and nutrition, a doctor and a physio, a sports scientist, a psychologist, an analyst, a groundsman and a chief scout. How many you can carry is gated by your Staff Offices level, so that building is the one that unlocks all the others.
Youth academy
Real prospects come through the academy, develop over seasons and graduate as homegrown players. They are cheap, they grow with the club, and a good academy is the only way a lower-tier side keeps pace with a top flight it cannot yet buy into.
Preseason training camps
Before each campaign you pick a camp. Staying home is free. Paid camps buy you a start-of-season boost to form, to morale, or a mix, and some include a shield that absorbs the damage of an early bad run. The elite camp buys both at once and costs accordingly. If you are newly promoted and expect a rough opening, the shielded camps are worth more than the pure form boost.
Where the money goes
Every season you are choosing between the squad and the club: a signing helps now, a building helps forever. The usual mistake is spending everything on players in the lower tiers, arriving in the top flight with a thin squad and nothing built. Bank some of it.
