Morale & form

Your squad's morale and each player's form rise and fall with results. A winning run lifts the whole dressing room; a bad patch, an unhappy star or a mishandled saga drags it down, and it shows on the pitch.

Decisions

Through the season you'll face decision cards, before matches and at half-time, where you choose how to respond to events. Each choice is seeded to your run and carries a real trade-off: a buff to your side, a swing in morale, or a gamble that can backfire. They feed directly into the match sim, so the right calls win points.

Reading the moment

• Protect morale before big matches, a confident squad overperforms.
• Handle transfer sagas early; a sulking star poisons the room (see transfers).
• Aggressive choices can steal a result but raise the risk, pick your spots.
